A major bank based in Qatar is seeking to recruit
Direct Sales Agent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop the customer portfolio and contribute to the achievement of the business objectives of the team
• Sell credit cards, mortgage loans, vehicle loans, personal loans etc to the population of Qatar.
• Retain and build a trusting relationship with customers
• Source clients by making phone calls to reach target customers.
• Collect paper work from prospective and current customers to help them in processing their loans, credit cards etc
Essential Skills, Experience & Education
The Sales Agent must have:

• Bachelor's' Degree Specialized in Business(Trade) or Marketing
• Two plus years of experience in a B2C environment
• Experience in Banking is a must
• Strong inter-personal and communications skills.
• Experience in business-to-consumer marketing environment in the Banking industry
• Perfect control of the English language both in writing and in oral
The Sales Agent must be:
• Creative in sales process and be able to work in high pressure environments to meet targets set
• Responsible, honest and diligent
• Highly organized, independently motivated worker with impeccable follow-up skill
• Well dressed, well mannered and have a focus on customer service skills.
